Support for when life feels too much

You may be carrying more than anyone realizes—stressors of daily life, feelings of overwhelm, grief due to the loss of a loved one or life transition. Maybe it’s the lingering effects of trauma or Complex PTSD. You might feel on edge or shut down, and your mind may race, playing a story over and over that you wish you could let go of. If you’re searching for relief, you’re not broken—you may simply benefit from a different kind of care. With me, therapy is a supportive process of restoring safety, honoring what you’ve been through, and helping you reconnect with moments of calm, strength, and meaning, at a pace that truly respects you.

Together, we’ll work in a way that is gentle, grounded, and responsive to your needs in the moment. Sometimes in therapy we need to focus on quick fixes, other times we’ll focus on building trust with your body and nervous system, creating space for what wants to be felt, and finding resources that help you feel more steady and supported—both inside and out. Over time, this work can help release the intensity of stress and trauma, allow grief to move with more compassion, and support a renewed sense of agency, connection, and hope in your daily life.

You’re not expected to have all the answers—here, healing happens at your own pace.
